Iranian Knowledge-Based Firm Design App to Share Projects
“This knowledge-based product is a crowdsourcing platform. With active users all over the country, this system provides services for collecting, tagging, separating, modifying, selecting all types of textual, audio and video data in all formats,” Elham Golestani, one of the researchers who designed and carried out the application told Iranian media.
"Crowd-sourcing involves obtaining work, information, or opinions from a large group of people who submit their data via the Internet, social media, and smartphone apps," she said.
“This platform is used when a large project is implemented and is time-consuming. With this platform, the project is divided into smaller tasks that are shared among a large number of people. Implementation of these projects through this platform will reduce the cost and save the time of project implementation,” she added.
Golestani stated that there are currently about 70,000 users on this platform, adding, "These users start work after registering on this platform and authenticating them based on the links that are defined for them.”
The researcher also described enhancing level of accuracy in implementation of the projects as one of advantages of using the app, saying, “Various projects can be defined on this platform. We receive these projects and divide them into smaller projects to give it to users. After carrying out the plans, we collect them and provide them to the user.”
Photo-to-text conversion projects combining artificial intelligence and crowd-sourcing are one of the services provided on that platform. The application offers a complete and efficient solution for converting image content into adaptive text. Accordingly, artificial intelligence, focusing on recognizing and extracting text from images through algorithms and deep neural networks, is able to accurately recognize and transform the text in the images.
“Avayab” service is one of the services that improve the process of converting audio content to text using artificial intelligence and crowdsourcing in an efficient way.
Moreover, “Avasaz” for converting text to voice using a combination of artificial intelligence and crowd-sourcing is an efficient solution for producing audio content from texts that this platform offers to users.
