Iranian Researchers Locally Produce Cardiac Equipment
Mehdi Eskandari, managing director of the knowledge-based company, pointed to the production of advanced equipment in the field of cardiology in their company, saying, “Considering the need for timely diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular complications, this field is of great importance.”
He further said that the advanced equipment in the field of cardiology used to be only imported with high price.
“The basic application of these knowledge-based products is in the initial diagnosis as well as the treatment stages of heart-related problems,” Eskandari said, adding, “These products enjoy high technology and are very vital fir cardiovascular patients.”
He said that single-use electrocardiography electrode is one of the products produced in their company, adding, “This product is used in exercise testing, Holter monitoring, operating room, ECG recording and long-term taking care of hospitalized patients, etc.”
The researcher touched upon the electrocardiograph device as another product of their knowledge-based company, explaining, “This device is used to record heart rhythms in medical centers, clinics, emergency rooms, inpatient departments, etc.”
He added that the electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) records the electrical signal from the heart to check for different heart conditions.
Referring to the competitive advantages of the products manufactured by their company, Eskandari said, “Efforts have been made to ensure that the products are of high quality and can be used for various purposes. Because of high adhesion and the right quality of the gel and the right size, the advanced devices will satisfy the users and patients.”
The technology activist further noted that their business has created dozens of jobs both directly and indirectly.
