Iran-Made Antibacterial Mop Cleans Everywhere Efficiently
‘Textile Cleaning Industry Azar Mop Parmis and Farhad’ company has produced the mop which is comprised of nanoparticles-modified microfibers and possesses strong fibers with high cleaning efficiency.
Using nanoparticles inside the microfibers of the mop has led to improved antibacterial activity with high stability and better water adsorption capability.
The mop can be used for home and kitchen cleaning and hospital cleaning.
Also, in June, technicians in an Iranian knowledge-based company had introduced a cleaning technique using dry ice without having to shut down the production line in a factory and using any chemicals or water.
"This device can wash furniture, car chairs, industrial, aviation and ship-making factories and other industrial complexes without the use of water and any chemicals and only with dry ice" Farhad Afshar, the managing director of a knowledge-based company, told ANA.
"The raw material that this industrial device uses is dry ice. The company's technologists change the CO2 gas from liquid to solid and turn it into grains like rice grains at a temperature of -72 degrees Celsius, pour it into the machine and do the cleaning job with it," he added.
"The advantage of this method is that it is mobile and portable for the first time in the world and can wash everything without water. The method has gained three international standards of EPA, FTA and UST," Afshar said.
