Nanostructured Coating Utilized by Iranian Firms to Produce Decorative Taps
‘Kelar Pooya Karimpoor’, ‘Derakhshan Sanat Anahita’, ‘Pashazadeh Avisa’, ‘Aroosha’ and ‘Atrisa’ companies have produced decorative taps whose surface has been coated with a nanostructured ceramic layer, bearing golden and rose gold colors.
The ceramic top coating is tightly bound to the underlying substrate, meeting both appropriate appearance and service performance requirements.
Earlier, an Iranian company had also used a metal-based nano coating to manufacture decorative faucets for toilet, kitchen and bathroom.
The company has produced the faucets with a nanostructured coating made of brass, bronze, copper, and steel which enjoys long durability and better appearance.
Applying a metallic alloy-based coating on the kitchen and toilet faucets can enhance beauty, quality, and lifetime, increase its hardness and corrosion resistance and create visual color.
The new metal-based decorative faucet can be used in bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
