Nano-Coated Decorative Tiles Manufactured by Iranian Company
‘Negar Gostar Javid Ara Ceram’ company manufactured the decorative tile which has been painted in different eye-catching colors through the deposition of a nanostructured thin film by the physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology.
The formed coatings are highly durable with long-term lifetime and noticeable gloss.
Applying a nanostructured thin film made of metal-containing compositions in the product has led to generating a variety of colors like gold, silver, and rose gold, prolonging the tile's lifetime and durability and giving an eye-catching glow to it.
The product can be used to cover the interior and exterior surfaces of walls and floors.
In a relevant development, a member of the Chemical, Petroleum and Polymer Engineering Research Center of the Islamic Azad University’s Shiraz branch announced production of a new scale remover that, unlike other descalers, reduces corrosion on tile and ceramic surfaces.
Sheyda Esmayeelzadeh, elaborated on specifications of the ‘acidic cleaner’ product at the Chemical, Petroleum and Polymer Engineering Research Center of Islamic Azad University’ Shiraz branch, and told ANA, “This product has a formulation of a CND or acidic cleaner, which is mostly used for cleaning sanitary surfaces, ceramic and tiles.”
“We have also provided a product with a medium density for regular floor cleaners and a mild density for home use,” she added.
“The main specification of the product is reduction of pollution and prevention of corrosion and damage to tiles and sanitary industries,” Esmayeelzadeh added.
