Knowledge-Based Firm Supplies Iranian Customers with 80 Parts of Pickup Truck
“The 80 parts produced by our company are car body parts, including the engine door, rear room, footrests, etc.,” Yousef Sahrayee, the managing director of the knowledge-based Azaran Badaneh Tabriz Industries company, told ANA.
“The thickness and assembly of the manufactured parts are different from other companies. The thickness of the parts produced in other companies is one millimeter, but in our knowledge-based company, they are assembled with a thickness of two millimeters,” he added.
Sahrayee stated that all parts produced in the company are painted by using a robot, adding, “The cutting of parts is also conducted by using a robot. The company uses a robot to manufacture the cargo bed of Nissan Junior pickup truck exclusively due to its large volume, which is working round the clock.”
“Special painter robots automatically paint the parts, and after ending the painting process, they warn the operator by blowing a whistle, and then the parts are prepared for the furnace process,” he said.
Relevant reports also said in February that an Iranian technological company had managed to cope with sanctions, manufacturing 80 percent of car parts in accordance with international standards.
Researchers at the mentioned tech company have produced more than 80 percent of the parts with the best quality despite the international restrictions imposed on Iran’s automobile industry.
By acquiring this capability, they have started to build the equipment for their production lines based on the highest level of technology competing with foreign parts manufacturers.
The company uses decorative nano-coatings in production of car lights. While increasing the quality of coating, the issue improves life and durability, as well as the transparency and stability of the color spectrum of car lights.
One of the companies active in the automobile industry is currently one of the main suppliers of parts to the country's car manufacturers, through launching long-term cooperation with domestic car manufacturers.
The company has the capacity to produce six million main lights and side mirrors of cars per year.
