Bank Keshavarzi Iran (BKI) Becomes Official Member of ICC-Iran

According to a statement by the public relations of the Bank Keshavarzi Iran, after the voting of the regular general assembly of the Iranian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC-Iran), the Iranian Keshavarzi Bank represented by Farshid Farrokhnejad, the CEO of the bank, was elected for the first time as a member of ICC-Iran for three years from March 2023 and as a substitute member of presiding board of the ICC-Iran from June this year.

According to the report, the committee plays an important role in increasing the country's international interactions, especially with World Chambers Federation (WCF) and promoting the international relations of the private sector and chambers of commerce in the direction of economic development and prosperity and ensuring the country's food security. According to the statement, Bank Keshavarzi has been an active member of banking commission of the committee for many years.

Recently the ICC-Iran, together with the committees of Argentina and Italy, have been selected as global centers of food and agriculture, and the executive committee of these centers, with the participation of the secretary general of the Iranian committee, made important plans for cooperation with important institutions in the United Nations such as the UNDP and the ICC.
