“We founded our knowledge-based company in 2010 and we focused our activity on the production of software,” Amir Darajeh, the managing director of a knowledge-based company said in an interview with ANA on the sidelines of INOTEX 2023 Expo in Tehran.

Stating that they have provided services to more than a thousand customers in both private and public sector by developing software for them, he continued, “This application is an intra-organizational social network that, in addition to administering intra-organizational communications, it helps organizations in managing training and knowledge.”

The managing director of the knowledge-based firm added, “We also have a program and a platform based on virtual reality in the knowledge-based company, which is a kind of organizational training for different training uses.”

“First, we should pay attention to the need and the nature of the need. Organizations globally have many needs, and employees need to communicate with each other and pay attention to platforms that have capabilities for that purpose. In fact, an organization usually uses Instagram and LinkedIn for their personal which are not internal social networking platforms and are not administered by the organization itself," he added.

“There are specialized tools produced by internationally known companies that can help companies to administer their organizational communications. But, in Iran, due to restrictions, it is difficult to have access to these tools; So we implemented a standard platform for that purpose.”

He further said  that by producing this software, the company seeks to use the potentials and expertise of Iran's youth to export their products to other countries.

He further noted  that the company was able to start its activity outside Iran by producing this software in different ways; but to enter the market outside of Iran, it needs strong financial resources.

“In this platform, by combining micro learning, social learning and game methods, we presented a method to supply organizational training,” he added.

INOTEX is Iran’s biggest innovation and technology event, which is held annually to bring together high-tech companies, startups, accelerators as well as venture capital funds in order to share experience and bring viable ideas to the market.
