Pharmaceutical Companies in Iran Equipped with Home-Made Packaging, Labeling Machines
Hadi Aqapour, an expert working for the company, described pharmaceutical packaging devices as one of the products manufactured by the knowledge-based firm, saying, “Application of the device in drug manufacturing plants increases speed and reduces costs.”
He noted that the labeling machine is another device made by the knowledge-based company, adding that it is being used in a pharmaceutical firm which produces insulin.
Aqapour said that the labeling machine is fully automatic and works linearly, and added, “The device is capable of labeling round bottles made of plastic, glass, polyethylene and PET by using the HOT MELT glue.”
“All electric engines and gearboxes of the labeling machine produced by our company have a CE certificate,” he underlined.
In a relevant development, an Iranian company produced a new type of cartoning machine capable of packaging the products in a carton completely.
“The cartoning machine packs products in a complete carton and is capable of packing more than 10 cartons per minute,” Babak Fard Sadeq, a member of the Board of Directors of Bahrevar Machine Alborz company, said.
“The machine initially takes the cartons from the magazine and shapes them to prepare it for putting the product and then the carton’s lid is closed,” he added.
Fard Sadeq said that the cartoning machine arranges the product in a desired shape and quantity to make the product ready for loading into the carton.
He added that the transfer arm of the device separates the product, removes the arranged bundles and puts them into the carton, noting that high precision, production of less waste and suitability for carrying fragile products are among the advantages of the cartoning machine.
“The machine is highly proper for factories that have a large daily production and pack their products in cartons at high speed, including manufacturers of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food products,” Fard Sadeq said.
