In a message addressed to the Iranian nation, the Islamic world, and freedom-seeking people across the globe, President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed his gratitude for the widespread participation in the funeral ceremonies held in honor of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

He said the millions who attended the ceremonies in Tehran, Qom, Mashhad, Najaf, and Karbala reflected the Iranian people's enduring loyalty and the strong bond shared among Muslim nations.

According to the president, the gatherings represented not only a farewell to the martyred Leader but also a renewed commitment to the values of dignity, independence, justice, and national progress.

Pezeshkian thanked all those who contributed to organizing the ceremonies, including religious authorities, scholars, volunteers, media organizations, and service personnel. He also highlighted the importance of preserving national unity, describing it as one of the country's greatest strengths.

He further noted that the participation of millions of mourners, many of whom traveled long distances and waited for hours to pay their respects, demonstrated to the world the strength of solidarity among Muslim nations and the resilience of the Iranian people.

President Pezeshkian also thanked foreign officials, religious figures, political leaders, and international organizations that expressed condolences or attended the ceremonies, describing their participation as evidence of the martyred Leader’s broad international respect and enduring influence.

In addition, he commended the Armed Forces, security agencies, emergency responders, and media personnel for their dedication in maintaining order and facilitating the large-scale events.

Concluding his message, the president said the historic public turnout places a greater responsibility on the country's officials to serve the people with sincerity, efficiency, and dedication.

He reaffirmed the government's commitment to continuing the path of the martyred Leader while working to strengthen the dignity, unity, and development of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
