Tehran signals readiness, says ground war would be costly for enemy
(Tehran Ana)- Iran’s military leadership emphasized preparedness and deterrence, highlighting that any land-based confrontation would come at a high price for opposing forces.
“We are monitoring the enemy’s movements round the clock meticulously. We are ready for any scenario anywhere anytime,” General Jahanshahi said on Thursday.
“The enemy must know that any ground aggression will be costlier and more dangerous and irreparable,” he added.
The commander of the Iranian army ground force further stressed that people’s support for the armed forces is the factor behind the country’s victory and the enemy’s defeat.
