Esmaeil Baqaei: Iranian nation will never bow to bullying

The reason why the US officials insult Iranians and call them the nation of terror and hatred is that the Iranian nation will never bow to bullying and will defend their homeland against criminal military aggression, Baqaei wrote on his X account on Monday.

Earlier speaking in an interview with China’s Xinhua news agency, Baqaei said the recent actions by the United States could not be justified under any rule of international law.

Baqaei stressed that a country (Iran) with rich civilization would never surrender even in the face of an unjust war. He added that the Iranian people have historically learned how to endure injustice and remain resilient.

The spokesperson also dismissed statements by US officials as unreliable. No reasonable person considers the remarks and positions of American officials trustworthy, because their stances are inconsistent and often contradictory in international affairs, he noted.

He emphasized that Iran did not initiate the conflict. This war was the choice of the United States. They may have believed, due to the Israeli regime’s miscalculation, that Iran could be easily forced into submission, he stated.
