Iran Says It Will Decide When and How War Ends, Araghchi Asserts

In a post on X, Araghchi highlighted that Iran has spent the past two decades analyzing U.S. military setbacks in the regions to its east and west, adapting its strategies based on those lessons.

He stressed that bombings in Tehran do not weaken the country’s warfighting capability. “Our Decentralized Mosaic Defense ensures that we retain full control over when—and how—the war will end,” Araghchi wrote, signaling Tehran’s commitment to managing escalation on its own terms.
