Leader calls on Iranians to disappoint enemy at Feb. 11 rally
In a televised message, Ayatollah Khamenei highlighted that public turnout in the annual victory anniversary marches reflects the Iranian people’s determination and steadfastness, compelling adversaries to reconsider ambitions against Iran and its national interests.
The Leader emphasized that national strength derives primarily from the unity, willpower, and perseverance of the people, rather than military hardware alone. He described the February 11 rallies as “unparalleled” globally, noting that decades of continued mass participation underscore the populace’s awareness and commitment to the nation.
Khamenei identified unity, motivation, and resistance to external pressures as essential pillars of Iran’s national power. He also encouraged Iranian youth to continue advancing the country in fields of science, ethics, and both material and spiritual development, stressing that the rallies symbolize solidarity and loyalty to the Islamic Republic.
Concluding his address, the Supreme Leader expressed confidence that this year’s anniversary would again highlight the resilience, strength, and cohesion of the Iranian people, reaffirming their capacity to protect national interests and resist external threats.
