Nano Darou Bejouhan Pardis, an Iranian biotech firm, introduced its latest innovation in skin regeneration and cosmetic treatment: the pharmaceutical product INSHAPE Sculp. Unlike conventional dermal fillers that temporarily smooth wrinkles, this product encourages the skin to naturally reconstruct itself while gradually increasing collagen production.

Navid Nateghian, one of the company’s founders and board members, explained: “INSHAPE Sculp combines nanotechnology and biotechnology to rebuild the deep layers of the skin and restore youth naturally and permanently.” He added that the formula contains smart particles of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which act as a bio-scaffold, stimulating fibroblast cells to produce new collagen gradually over a period of up to two years.

The formulation also includes finely engineered microspheres of PLLA, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and mannitol, which are activated after injection to restore volume in multiple areas, including laugh lines, deep wrinkles, sagging tissue, scars, and even subcutaneous fat loss.

Nateghian emphasized that INSHAPE Sculp differs from popular hyaluronic acid fillers, which offer rapid but short-lived results. “Our product provides a gradual, natural reconstruction of the skin, delivering a long-lasting and noticeable rejuvenation effect,” he said.

He also highlighted that INSHAPE Sculp is entirely produced in Iran, contributing to foreign currency savings, creating jobs, and laying the groundwork for the development of cosmetic and therapeutic services in the country.
