Top Iranian Exporting Companies Introduced at 16th Nanotechnology Expo
On the second day of the 16th International Nanotechnology Exhibition, the selected nano exporting companies were introduced and awarded in the presence of Iranian Vice-President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy Hossein Afshin.
The selected companies are as follows;
Top performers in area of the largest export volume:
First place: Houshang Zeinali, the managing-director of a company producing carbon black
Second place: Hojjat Nazari, the managing-director of a company producing catalysts
Third place: Mohammad Omidi, the managing-director of a company producing catalysts
Top performers in area of the largest export destinations:
First place for Mohammad Omidi, the managing-director of a company
Also, one of the largest polyester filament yarn producers in the machine-made carpet industry and one of the companies producing carbon black took the second and third places, respectively.
The top performers in the product complexity area (dollar value of exports by product weight),
First place for a company in the field of nanomedicine
Second place for a company in nanostructured coatings
Also, a company producing nanomaterials and catalysts took third place.

The 16th International Nano Technology Exhibition and the First Exhibition of Advanced Technologies of Iran was inaugurated at the Tehran International Fairground.
Running from November 2 to 5, the Nano Exhibition featured over 150 innovative companies showcasing advancements in nanotechnology. Meanwhile, the Exhibition of Advanced Technologies hosted 80 knowledge-based and technological products, attracting visitors, particularly students, researchers, and investors.
